Made history by becoming the first company to successfully complete financial transactions using “nano-satellites in the world, “ BeepTool to make a difference in people’s lives and grant them access to the kind of connected services that they haven’t had access to before by providing affordable communications, healthcare, aggrotech, and financial services to millions of people in remote areas in Africa without access to cellular or internet connectivity. BeepTool is in partnership with more than seven geostationary and Low Earth orbit satellites operators. Have manufactured affordable android smartphones called Oyi-1, Android Tablets called ABOLE pre-installed with digital inclusion ecosystem low data rate apps. Designed and manufactured Solar powered satellites enabled Telehealth remote mobile station for a rural community. The affordable solar-powered satellite terminals broadcast Wi-Fi Hotspot to the rural community allowing rural users to access the web using a mobile device. BeepTool is connecting everyone in Nigeria. Building on its integrated mobile platforms and satellite-based connectivity systems, BeepTool is creating a digital connectivity ecosystem services in Nigeria .

Meet Our Advisory Board Members

Our Advisory board are industry recognized experienced hands on technology and strategic matters. One of our executives is an advisor to five (5) African governments on technology while another was the individual in charge of bringing in and setting up ATM machines in Nigeria for the first time ever, to mention a few. Additionally, we have a strong working team, with more than half of the team members having international technology and business work experience.

Prof. Ndubuisi EkwekweTechnology/Business Strategy Advisor

Prof Ndubuisi Ekekwe invented and patented a robotic system used in minimal invasive medical robots. The United States Government acquired assignee rights to the technology in 2017. Dr Ekekwe holds two doctoral and four master’s degrees including PhD in electrical and computer engineering from the Johns Hopkins University, USA. He earned B.Eng electrical and electronics engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri where he graduated as his class best graduating student. While in Analog Devices Corp, he worked in the team that designed an accelerometer for the iPhone and he created the company's first wafer level chip scale package for inertial sensors. A recipient of IGI Global "Book of the Year" Award, a TED Fellow, IBM Global Entrepreneur and World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, Dr Ekekwe has held professorships in Carnegie Mellon University and Babcock University, and served in the United States National Science Foundation ERC E&D Committee. The founder of Zenvus, a global leading precision ag tech company, and Chairman of Fasmicro Group, writes regularly in the Harvard Business Review. Dr. Ekekwe is a selection board member of the $100 Million Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Program. .

Roland Awo-OsagieFinancial Technology Advisor

Holds a BSc in Industrial Mathematics from the University of Benin and MBA in Project Management from Federal University of Technology Owerri. He has also attended various management courses at Lagos Business School, Parity University London, Genesys University London among other professional and management development programs. He is a seasoned practitioner in Information & Communication Technologies, Risk Management, Strategy, people and programs / project management with over two decades of experience spanning Banking, Telecommunications, Managed Services and OEMs industries, playing different senior management roles in multiple geographies in Africa. He has successfully executed several transformational projects which have greatly improved the information technology capacity, capabilities and operational efficiency for banks and Telecommunication in Africa. Series of innovative projects embarked upon by him and his team have delivered unprecedented transaction success in various e-channels and digital transformation fintech. He led a cross-functional team of experts across the banks in Nigeria, commissioned by the CBN/Banker committee to develop the Framework for Data Center Colocation under the Share Services Program aimed at reducing the cost to serve for Banks across the industry. Held many senior management roles including ‘Country Services Manager’, (CSM) for IBM / Airtel S1 project; Group CIO and Group CTO for UBA PLC, leveraging on technology, processes and people to deliver the Group business objectives.

Chuba NwangwuSpecial Advisor:Investments & Management

Chuba is a Nigerian America Systems Architect who has either led or supported more that 20 clients as they upgraded, implemented or maintained their environments. These includes significant experience with Service Management, Incident Management, Problem Management Change management and Service Level management and the entire ITIL framework. Clients include military and high security, finance, energy, high tech, bio-tech, health, government and manufacturing industries.Chuba is a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and also an experienced HP ServiceManager Architect. Experiences also included ITSM and CRM solutions. H.E Ambassador George O Ajonye (MFR, fwc)Non-executive board member

A career diplomat with the ministry of foreign affair where he served for 35 years with distinction. He retired from public service on 3rd July 2007. During his long-standing career, Ambassador Ajonye served in various capacities in Nigeria and abroad, His career took him to the Hague, Netherlands and later to Nigeria High commission, London as a first secretary. Thereafter, his service career took him to the Caribbean as a first secretary at the Nigeria High commission, Kingston Jamaica, later posted as Counsellor/Charge d’Affaires to Bangui, Central Africa Republic after which he served as Minister Counsellor in Nigeria High Commission Area Office. Liverpool, United Kingdom. He was later posted as a Minister to Abijan, Cot d’Ivoire. Having distinguished himself in the diplomatic career, Ambassador Ajonye was appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to Poland with Concurrent Accreditation to Hungry in 1989. He was appointed as Nigeria’s High Commissioner to Zimbabwe and later appointed as Ambassador to Sweden with Concurrent Accreditation to Norway, Demark and Finland in December 1999. He has represented Nigeria as several International fora and served in various capacities at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He last post at headquarters before his appointed as High Commissioner to Zimbabwe, was Director (Office of the Permanent Secretary). A fellow of the National War College, Nigeria (War National Defence College, Nigeria). He served as the Under Secretary (Administration & Finance) and Under Secretary (Regions & International Organisations), respectively before retiring from public services on 3rd July, 2007 .
